Vince Carter is in my opinion the best dunker in NBA history, A high school McDonald’s All-American, then went to play three years at the University of North Carolina, where he reached the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament two times, then went on to be selected as the fifth overall pick in the 1998 NBA Draft by the Golden State Warriors, who traded him to the Toronto Raptors on draft day.
